Please read this Terms of Service document carefully and keep a copy of it for your reference. By using our services you confirm to be over the age of 18, to have read and to have fully understood the following Terms of Service of this agreement. If you do not agree with or cannot comply with the Terms of Service, dont access or use our services. 1. Terms Thank you for choosing TikCeleb and using our services («Services»). The Services are provided by Social Solutions AS, registration number 928 167 321, Strandgaten 195, 5004 Bergen, Norway. By using our website you agree to be legally bound by our Terms of Service stated in this document. You agree to be responsible for compliance with any applicable laws. You are prohibited from using our Services if you cannot comply or dont agree with this. 2. Service

• Services provided by TikCeleb should only be used to promote your TikTok account.
• TikCeleb cannot guarantee that you will recieve more engagement on your content and is only responsible for providing you with the amount of followers, likes or views you pay for.
• TikCeleb shall under no circumstances be liable for any potential damages on your TikTok account arising from the use of our Services.
• TikCeleb reserves the right to change the Terms of Service. The changes will become effective once they are updated and posted on our website.
• Most orders are automatically processed instantly and are usually delivered within minutes. Some products can take some longer to process.
• An order is considered processed once the delivery of your product has started.
• An order is considered delivered once the delivery of the purchased amount of followers, likes or views are provided to your TikTok account.
• “High Quality Followers/Likes” are from TikTok accounts with names and profile pictures, but no further uploads.
• “Real Followers/Likes” are from TikTok accounts with names, profile pictures, multiple uploads, followers and following. These accounts will also engage with your content from time to time.

3. Payment

• Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider.
• Payments are processed securely with no storage of financial or sensitive information on our servers. SSL encryption is used to accept and process your checkout safely.
• By purchasing any of our products you agree to have fully understood what you purchase.
• All Credit and Debit card transactions are debited at the point of purchase.

4. Copyright

• All intellectual property rights belong to TikCeleb and should under no circumstances be copied without consent from a TikCeleb representative. Our copyright agent can be reached on email at [email protected].

5. TikTok

• You agree to only use our Services in a manner which complies with agreements and Terms of Service provided by TikTok. We are not affiliated with TikTok or it’s platform in any way.

6. Refunds and cancellations

• Once the purchased amount of likes, followers or views have been delivered, your order is considered completed.
• It is not possible to cancel a placed order.
• We have a 14 day refund policy. If your order is not completed within 14 days you are entitled to a refund and it will be applied to the payment method chosen during check out.
• Orders will still be considered delivered if the provided video URL is taken down.
